We process health, safeguarding, and DBS information under:

  • Article 9(2)(h) – health and social care purposes
     

  • Data Protection Act 2018 Schedule 1 – for employment, social care, and safeguarding
    We process criminal offence data under Schedule 1, Part 1, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the DPA 2018.

  • Insurance – CRS Consultants and insurers
     

  • Local authorities – if involved in safeguarding or member referrals
     

We require all third parties to maintain appropriate data protection standards and only process data according to our instructions.
